The Lālanga ToolBox is a comprehensive resource designed to make teaching engaging and effortless. Each ToolBox is packed with everything you need to deliver meaningful lessons, tailored to your chosen topic. We provide the learning videos so that your teachers can learn and grow alongside their student. From hands-on projects to detailed lesson plans, the Lālanga ToolBox ensures you have all the tools to create an inspiring learning journey for your students. At Lālanga, we believe the best outcomes happen when schools, educators, whānau, and communities work together. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we partner with schools to co-design learning experiences and solutions that meet the unique needs of their learners.

Our work is informed by both lived experience and research. Through postgraduate study exploring the challenges and opportunities surrounding Māori and Pasifika learner success, we aim to create practical solutions that support equity, engagement, identity, and future pathways.

  • Yes. We work alongside schools to understand your goals, learners, culture, and priorities to create solutions that best fit your community.

  • Yes. Our resources and learning experiences are designed with curriculum connections and inquiry-based learning in mind.

  • Yes. Schools can access our digital ToolBox resources and can also explore physical or custom-branded ToolBoxes.

  • Yes. We can provide student workshops, teacher PLD, and learning experiences either on-site or in different formats depending on your needs.

  • We currently do not have dedicated funding available. Many schools self-fund projects or access external funding opportunities. We are also happy to support schools by contributing to funding applications where possible.

  • Lālanga has a strong focus on supporting Māori and Pasifika learner success through culturally responsive approaches that strengthen identity, belonging, and engagement.

  • Absolutely. We can provide tailored sessions around topics such as AI in education, STEM learning, student engagement, future-focused education, and culturally responsive practice. Please note that due to MOE processes we are not a registered PLD provider, however we we have held many contracts with thith the MOE.
